Season pass lvl 40 reward claim
Hello EA Support,
I am contacting you regarding an issue with the Season Pass rewards in EA Sports FC 26.
After reaching Season Pass level 40, I attempted to claim my reward. Unfortunately, due to the current UI/UX design, all rewards were claimed at once and the final Level 40 choice was automatically selected without a clear confirmation screen. As a result, I received a reward that I did not intend to choose.
This was not a deliberate selection on my part, but a result of the unclear claim interface. I only noticed the issue after the rewards had already been added to my club.
I would like to kindly ask if it is possible to:
- Reset the Level 40 Season Pass reward choice, or
- Replace the incorrectly claimed reward with the option I originally intended to select.
I can provide screenshots, account details, platform information, or any other data you may need to investigate this issue.
