Missing FC points

Hello. I've returned to EA FC 26 after two months of not playing. I pre-ordered the Ultimate Edition, so I should have received 2,000 FC points each month for the first three months. I initially received 2,000 FC points, and after a month, I still did. I stopped playing because I didn't have time, but now I'm back and I don't have the missing 2,000 FC points. Please help!!!
