I want a compensation

Good morning, I want to be rewarded!

There are already so many mistakes and it seems like everything happens to me! 

I bought the ultimate version of EA FC 26 and I still paid for EA Play and I was only able to play yesterday since it was only yesterday that EA solved the problem of the game freezing the computer completely, now that I can play, in the second parts I always have 4/5 fps whereas in the first parts I play with 140 fps and I end up losing the game, and I've already lost several games too due to not being able to control my players, I must have about 20 defeats being winning 4/5-0 in the first half and then in the second I either have a fps drop and I can't play or most of the time I can't control the analog stick, I can pass and shoot but only where the players are facing, I can't move the analog stick and I end up losing/tying the games, I've also lost 2 drafts because I can't even pass the ball but that was from the beginning of the game so EA solve the error and give the players who are with the same problem some kind of compensation even if it's at least the drafts I lost
