my account is a week old and i only bought fc points through steam. in my mail it says that i have a 14 day ban but on the official ea website i got a permanent one. this company is sick, i havent done anything wrong, i am aware of the risks of violating the rules and they still decide to ban me

I believe the suspension will only be for 14 days, and not permanent. That’s probably a glitch. At least I hope so.
it just tells us that they dont care enough. they have told me that ill receive an answer within 24 hours which by the way didnt happen. its been almost a week and my appeal status is not even shown as transfered
so was it 14 days or permenant?
