To the EA / FC 26 Team,

Honestly, I’ve reached a level of frustration with this game that’s beyond normal.

The gameplay is poor and completely unbalanced. Matches feel out of your control — passes go to the wrong players, defenders freeze, rebounds always fall against you, and questionable refereeing decisions happen over and over again.

As for packs, it’s even worse.

So much time, effort, and even money are put in, only to get the same repeated low-value players. The pack luck feels non-existent, almost as if the system is designed to work against you. There’s no sense of reward or appreciation for the grind.

What makes it worse is that even when you try to improve and play properly, the game itself punishes you. It often feels like the outcome is decided before the match even starts.

The fun is gone, the motivation is dead, and everything feels more dependent on luck than actual skill.

If this is how things are going to stay, then the real question is:

Why should we play? And why should we invest our time and money into such a frustrating experience?

We’re waiting for real improvements — not just promises
