Appeal Regarding Unjust Account Ban

 I was notified that my account was suspended due to a violation of the Balance Transfer Policy, but I sincerely believe this was a totally mistake.
What I have done in transfer is only buying cards for SBC, and sell some players that I have already got, I really don't understand what's going on in that case.
