Authentic mode in online friendlies

Definetly the game is sadly missing this, i would say the default setting for the game should be set to manual as it is a far superior game on manual than it is on fully assisted …

a ladder / table in seasons would be great for manual players rather than trying desperately to find other manual players and having no way to gauge their aptitude in the game at present
