Awful Customer service
I had a discussion with the aid advisor after playing a game on FC 26 FIFA ultimate team champions. I won a game 94 and this counted as a loss on my record. I then went to the EA advisory and customer service team to discuss this in which they told me to come on this forum to explain my frustration and anger I was on a current live chat with a team member and I was asking them really constructive and precise questions in which they decided to end the discussion and not give me a concrete answer burning in mind. I just spent £80 on this game on extra additions like FIFA points so as a paying customer, how is this justifiable? And is this service? Something that a business and a company would be proud of?
they told me to come back and check within 24 hours and told me not to play the game so how can a customer be told not to play a game that they’ve paid for because this could be an error and I have to wait 24 hours for a fix so currently as it starts this game thinks I lost when I won this ultimately impacts my rewards as they are given instantly and there’s nothing that they can be done about it.
Awful way to treat a customer. Also not even giving compensation for a bug on there end.
