Blinded by stadium decor lights

Hi - had this issue since the Christmas update. Lights too bright during gameplay, I am literally restricted to playing on the side where the lights aren’t as bright - I have attached a photo showing this. Very unfair, please fix.  Thanks. Happy New Year.
