National team job offers are unrealistic and break immersion.
Examples:
- Club managers receive offers to manage national teams while still actively managing a club, which is extremely rare in real football, especially at top level.
- Top club managers (e.g., managing elite clubs) receive offers from unrelated or lower-profile national teams that do not match their reputation or career level.
Suggestions:
- Prevent managers from holding both a club and national team job at the same time, or make it extremely rare and context-based.
- Match national team offers with manager reputation, achievements, and current club level.
- Ensure logical career progression (e.g., top managers receive offers from top national teams).
- Add realistic timing for offers (e.g., after major tournaments or when a national team is looking for a new coach).
These changes would greatly improve realism and career progression logic in Career Mode.
