Cavani frostbite finisher

Why is cavani’s pace not upgrading with the evo? I put him into undead lion evo at 84 rating then he got +2. Then I added finesse+ and now into frostbite finisher but using the app it says pace is capped at 88 yet the completed evo path stops at 85
