The infinite stamina is an issue that entirely affects how clubs games feel and makes things too unbalanced in favor of teams with a lot of users and for pace (which already has a big advantage generally). Going back to the older system of long-term stamina drain would help a lot to make things feel normal again.

Every day that I play this mess, I think "who thought this was a good idea and where tf is the people in the team to tell this idea sucks?"
Clubs matches isn't football no more, is Rush with more players, there's no taticts, no positioning, no stamina management, it's just defending with 10 players and running in the counter without any penalty.
It's by far, the worst clubs I've ever played (been playing since FIFA 17), in my opinion the whole team behind this game mode and the responsible for the gameplay of this game should be fired.
I pray for the day we have a proper competitor for this mess.

Clubs is the last game that a large amount of my friends play together annually but this year we packed it in around Christmas as the unlimited stamina was just not fun.
We decided to give it another go this month, it's painful. All joy and excitement has been taken out of the game.
Some of the best parts on Clubs were scoring screamers or daft shots going wide and having a laugh. Now it's lucky to get a shot away as you are surrounded by every player on the pitch, lose the ball and they all still make it to the other penalty box for their attack.
There used to be a skill to using your stamina, clubs feels completely pointless currently with unlimited stamina. Unfortunately I think it's too late to bring back my friends as they've all lost interest but hopefully a change can be made for others to still enjoy clubs socially.
One of the worst decision ever made in the franchise, doesn't make sense to allow players to not respect their position and play football, we're playing 11x11, we should have stamina.
I noticed this infinite stamina thing only happens on the old gen version of the game. New gen my character gets tired pretty fast

I’ll start this by saying… I have never ever in the history of (not just EA FC), (not just FIFA) but the history of the existence of Electronic Arts ever commented on a forum like this one.
Now I’ve been forced to.
EA you have left clubs for years neglected and we have still made the most of it. This year you come in with some really great changes and have actually put some time into it which is great. However, if someone from EA is able to provide to me proof that ONE single person has ever in the history of fifa/ea have asked for there to be next to infinite stamina in pro clubs.
if this is the case, I’d be happy to stand corrected. As I firmly believe that literally 0 people in the entire world who play EA FC have asked for this to be a “feature” added in the latest edition of EA FC (26).
I would like to argue that if anything it would be in the minus. Whoever at EA decided this would be a great idea should please try to provide some kind of proof that the community/players asked for this as I cannot imagine any.
Why it’s possible for an opposition player to sprint from their box to my teams box for the entire game (including extra time) without any kinda of stamina loss is completely and utterly ridiculous. Please return this to the normal stamina system and leave us to enjoy pro clubs in peace. If you really need to… please go back to neglecting it (that’s how bad this is)
