Customer Service and EA help

I think that ea makes great games, of course one of the most successful companies in gaming history, but i’m not going to sugar coat it, their customer service is absolutely horrible, worst i’ve ever encountered. The agents doesn’t do anything, they don’t even look closely into your case, the workers just take a look at it and think «ah above my pay grade» and closes the case. Especially fc 26’s community is struggling with extremely bad servers. Some of my friends can’t even play ultimate team, they just get kicked the second they join a game. The customer service doesn’t help anything. Loads of glitches that has been there since the start of the game, ea doesn’t do anything to fix it. I’m not trying to say that EA is horrible, but there are definitely improvements that needs to be made within their customer service, and listening to community feedback. I mean myself, I can’t play clubs, and my transfer market is locked because of a foundations evo glitch. I’ve contacted them 15-20 times regarding this, no help from any of them. 10 of the agents didn’t even understand anything i said, didn’t speak english. If ea doesn’t fix this soon, they will definitely be shut down. Again, i love you EA, and i highly appreciate what you’re doing, and you of course make great games.
