I am writing to express my deep frustration regarding the ongoing server outages in your game. As a loyal customer who has invested significant money into in-game purchases, I find it completely unacceptable that the service quality does not match the financial commitment we make. Many players, including myself, feel that the value we are receiving is nowhere near what we pay for. This is frankly disgraceful.
I urge you to address this situation immediately, and I request appropriate compensation for the disruption and lost access to the game. I look forward to your prompt response.
