Differences between upper and lower leagues

Once again Fifa, this year on FC26, fails to reasonably recognise that there is a greater difference of teams playing in upper leagues and those of lower leagues. e.g. English Premier Division and Division 2. The lower teams plays at the same level you'd expect from an upper team. This needs to be resolved....still. I've waited many years for this issue to be addressed.
