Evolution Playstyles -Bug? Oversight? Badly explained?

The latest Captain's Grit, like many evos, includes a requirement cap and in this case it is Max 10 Playstyles. However within the evolution itself the enforcer/press proven have a ^5 by the meaning the cap is actually 5 playstyles, not 10.

Is this a bug or just bad information or what? There is no point to the Max 10 when it's actually Max 5 within the evo so it's either a mistake or misleading.

This happens with a lot of evolutions.
