Evos are atrocious and not even worth doing

What is up with the Sideline Rise EVO?

Take a 74 silver to 83 rated but you're putting a stat boost CAP on:

Passing up to max 78.  
Agility up to max 72.  
Balance up to max 70.  
DRIBBLING up to max 77.  
COMPOSURE up to max 77.

...but we'll make your card overall literally +15 with a cap at 83 rated.

The only ones worth doing are the +1 that doesn't increase rating, athletic rise and maybe complete connection.
