Far reach playstyle

Hi, I just wanted soy say that I got the icon swaps Buffon. However, his far reach plus playstyle doesn’t activate. Although with he has good stats, he isn’t good enough in the current meta because of this. Could EA please either fix his playstyle or give me an icon swaps token refund? Thank you
