Career Mode Immersion - Trophy & Captaincy Animations

Hi EA team,

I’ve been a long-time player of this franchise, starting all the way back from the classic FIFA days. While I’ve been enjoying my time in FC 26, especially the improvements to the core gameplay, I feel like some of the "soul" of Career Mode is still missing.

For us Career Mode junkies, it’s always been about the journey and the sense of achievement. But right now, two specific areas feel really immersion-breaking:

The Trophy Ceremony Winning the league or a cup after a grueling season is the ultimate payoff. Currently, it feels too abrupt—we just skip straight to the lift. It would be massive if we could get a proper medal ceremony animation before the captain lifts the trophy. Even just seeing the squad walking up the podium or reacting to the ceremony would make those trophy wins feel so much more earned and rewarding.

The Captaincy Handover This one is a small detail but a huge pet peeve. When the captain is subbed off, the armband just magically teleports to the next player. It feels very dated. Having a quick animation of the captain handing over the armband to a teammate as they leave the pitch would add that layer of professional realism we've been wanting for years.

I know the team is busy with the World's Game updates, but I truly believe these "small" cinematic additions would go a long way in making Career Mode feel like a true football simulation again.
