Expanding the number of playable international teams is something many players enjoy, especially those who like playing Seasons, Tournaments, and Career Mode with national teams. Having more licensed men's and women's national teams available throughout the game would certainly provide more variety and authenticity. However, it might not be so easy to obtain all the licenses.
