I have messaged you directly and have not heard back. My account does not receive compensations when I’m entitled to, for example the most recent 1 of 3 87+ encore icon pick, which I did prior to EA fixing the mistake but still did not receive these players from the sbc back. This has been the case for the entire eafc 26 for me. Same as for the level 40 in season 1 rewards, I never received the packs which were later given out to affected players.
There must be something going on with my account that doesn’t allow it to receive compensations sent out by EA after mistakes on their end.
