FC26 gameplay and packs

To the EA Sports Support Team,

Thank you for your continued efforts in developing the FC series.

I would like to share feedback regarding FC26. The Double Kick move feels unrealistic and is rarely, if ever, seen in real football. I kindly ask that this mechanic be reviewed for better realism and balance.

Additionally, I have opened packs multiple times but have not received any players rated above 91, and overall rewards feel unbalanced compared to the time invested. I hope this can be reviewed to improve fairness.
