Feedback and Support Request for FC26

Hello EA Help team,

I am writing to share my experience with the new FC26.

First of all, I really enjoy the game, and I even pre-ordered it because I was so excited. Hopefully, I will also receive a strong player reward in the future!

However, I’ve been struggling with one issue. Some players with lower skill levels are abusing glitches and exploits in the game to win unfairly. This makes it very hard to progress. For example, I have been stuck in Division 7 and struggling to reach Division 6 because of these unfair tactics.

I kindly ask you to look into these gameplay balance issues in future updates, as it would make the overall experience much more enjoyable.
