Fix your game
I pre-ordered the ultimate edition and have EA Play and still can’t launch the game. It’s very frustrating and I expect to be able to play the game I purchased. Resolve this issue as soon as possible.

If you have antivirus firewall up turn off firewall it happen to me 2 and remove firewall from antivirus

Same thing for me on psn. Bought the deluxe addition to play early can’t barely play or get in ultimate team. Ridiculous.
