Foul language club names.

Just got a mail stating no action taken against a guy I reported this morning on EA FC26 Ultimate Team Rivals, who had a club name with the word [Edit - CM] in it.  Completely fair, you can’t expect customer services to know the nuances of every region.

Here in South Africa, it’s a very derogatory term used to describe female genitalia, there are loads of kids here playing this game and EA hosts servers here, sell and market their games here etc.

Strange that EA customer support hasn’t leveraged AI to automatically flag these kinds of things yet.

    same with me, I’ve reported group names like [IZAN], [NTZI], and [N3ER] in Apex and always get a “no action taken” email. the system is pretty bad

    Hey LJBattlefield​ our team has a number of ways that they look for and tackle offensive content. 

    In many cases, something that you may deem offensive may not be considered as such, given the context. The term you mention is also the name of a monster type in Zelda.

    If you come across something that you deem offensive, then I would recommend that you report it here

    Our team will review all they receive and act accordingly.
