I would like to share a suggestion that could significantly improve realism and overall gameplay experience in EA Sports FC.

Currently, matchday squads are limited to a smaller number of players (typically 18), whereas in real-world football — especially in professional competitions and international teams — squads of up to 23 players are commonly used. Introducing this change would better reflect modern football and add more depth to the game.

Allowing 23-player matchday squads would bring several benefits:

* Greater flexibility in managing injuries, suspensions, and rotations

* More tactical options during matches

* More accurate representation of real-life squads

* A more immersive experience, particularly in Career Mode

Small details like this can make a big difference for players who value authenticity and realism. I believe this is a feature many in the community would strongly appreciate.
