Internet connection problem

Either fix the internet connection problem or just tell the gamers to quit playing the game. I've reported it several times that whenever i try to go on attack, it suddenly goes 'poor internet connection' and my gameplay goes freezed. I tried wi-fi, i tried data. Always the Same problem. If you guys can't provide a good gaming server than why you guys release these games
