Many of us experienced the issiue while bying twice the pack released last weekend for the "Fut Bakery evo" and not getting the second pack content. I think it is an huge problem as now we are without in-game currency we spent, bought content and clarification. On twitter EA said that they gonna contact in the comming days, and when is that exactly? And Today while chat with one of the agent via a support I was told that that's not the case, that the Evo was not suppose to stack and that's why we could buy 2 but would never get them??? And there won't be any kimd of refund?
As an customer I feel scammed, as a player ignored and laughed at. I think we deserve a fair and transparent clarification as soon as possible to that.
