Luck-based game.
From legitimately grinding for shards to opening packs hoping for good luck and now we play dice to get rewards.
Even Nations is dependable on random luck to get more shards after players spend time on the tasks. With poor luck, a F2P player could possibly only get 200 shards at the end of the event
The game has become so luck-based that it takes away any assurance of:
- F2P players getting rewards for being good in the game;
- P2P players who should be getting the value of what they paid for.
For F2P, it doesn’t reward their effort enough when EA subjects them to pure luck for their rewards. Why should players be spending time grinding for points and end up using those points to throw a dice instead of getting the players they want?
For P2P, players should be assured of firm returns. Why should they be paying to gamble in-game for base payouts?
In-game gambling can apply to casino-themed games, but certainly not in FC Mobile where skill-based (H2H) and getting the right tactics (MM) are key elements to players building their dream team.
Bad call.
