Make in progress evo's be used in SBC

Im sure its been said before but when your doing an sbc and a random like 83 rated gold card is being used but it's in an evo wont let you do it and then you cant be bothered to actually do the evo because you just want to do sbcs and say its just a single use evo too wheres the harm in it
