Market banned for no reason

I’ve been market banned for absolutely no reason have appealed multiple times and it keeps getting denied. Can’t even talk to an actual human on the live chat about it either. . Absolute Joke 

  • Hey jtizzle18​, understand that this can be frustrating for you.  Just so you are aware, appeals submitted to the team are reviewed by a human member of the team, it is not automated or anything like that, one of the team will review and investiage an appeal

    We on the forums are not in a position where we can discuss or assist with anything account-related, this includes issues with suspensions and bans.

    Likewise, our live support team cannot help with anything ban-related. They can't discuss a ban with you or offer advice beyond appealing the ban. In fact, based on how the site is set up, it is not possible to open a case with our live support team for anything ban related.

    The only way to speak about a ban or suspension is by following the info in this help article

    As you mention, having multiple appeals denied, if you have exhausted the appeals process, then it may be the case that further appeals will not be reviewed by the team. .

    Once our team has investigated an appeal multiple times and found evidence to support the action, they will no longer consider additional appeals unless new evidence is shared.

    Hey jtizzle18​ a ban is not placed just because someone feels like it. 

    They are placed based on evidence and our team reviews all appeals.

    So basically just accept defeat because someone has decided to ban me from the market. Without even sharing the evidence, of which there will be none, which led to the ban in the first place.
