Matcmaking system

I played 10 games winter jokers tournaments (ultimate team) and just 1 victory also Im at the 6th division in rivals how can is this possible please reconsider your matchmaking system I dont think you have a system Its really annoying for gamers improve your matchmaking other case players left the game early because no joy for always loosing Also please get some limitations for skill movement this is not football I think you dont follow how football plays these days one player learn one skill movement and defense players do nothing for stop this movement in real life only few players can do this skill
