Missing Tim Cahill even after contact in game

I still miss Tim Cahill. In the game, I received 1 package out of nowhere with players I don't need, since I only miss Tim Cahill and he wasn't there. And I don't understand whether that package was the solution to my original issue, because that hasn't changed anything for me. I can't complete the challenge. Should I be patient and wait more? Please advise.
