Not receiving pop up verification on Xbox

Tried talking to these guys for a week and all I get is “you need to launch a game and a pop up will show”. Nothing ever pops up. I am logged in to the account but can’t switch settings because my email is old and don’t have access to it so I can’t verify that it’s me in anyway. The fact that those are the absolute only methods to verify someone is atrocious.

    If you lost access to the email address of your EA account because it's too old, I recommend that you update it.

    This EA article How to update your EA Account will help you do that.

    If you are still unable to do that yourself, you can reach out to our support team right here.They should be able to do that for you once they verify that you are the owner of the account.
