Online lag

When playing on pro clubs I am constantly lagging making it impossible to play the game with my mates. This needs sorting immediately otherwise I will demand a refund and not buy FC for a long time.

Hi there. Have you tried the connection troubleshooting steps here? If so and you're still having trouble with lag, I'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score. Thanks!
