Permanently Banned for No Reason – Please Escalate

My FC26 account was permanently banned, and I am shocked by this decision. I want to clearly state that I have never used cheats, exploits, or engaged in any unfair behavior. I have always played by the rules.

The only issues I experienced were technical problems on EA’s side, such as sudden input delay on Windows PC, controller disconnections forcing keyboard use, and random connection drops that counted as losses for me. I always took the loss, and those were 100% server issues.

I swear I have never cheated or tried to gain any unfair advantage. I genuinely have no idea why my account would be banned, and this situation feels extremely unfair.

I respectfully request:

  • A clear explanation for the ban
  • A full review of my account and match logs
  • Immediate reinstatement if no wrongdoing is found

I’ve invested significant time and money into this game, so being banned without cause is devastating. I hope this can be resolved quickly and fairly.

  • My FC26 account was permanently banned, and I am shocked by this decision. I have never used cheats, exploits, third-party tools, or anything that violates EA’s rules. The only issues I had were technical problems on EA’s side, such as input delay, controller disconnections, and random server drops that counted as losses. I always took the loss, and I have never tried to gain any unfair advantage.

    However, the biggest problem right now is that the appeal system does not work at all. I cannot submit an appeal because the official appeal page keeps giving me the same error every time. I tried for three days straight, multiple times per day, and it still fails. I submitted an appeal through EA Help as a backup, but I still have not received any response.

    On the forums, people keep telling me to use the official appeal process, but the official process is broken. When I talk to advisors in live chat, they only tell me to “wait” and provide no action or solution, even though the system has been giving errors for days.

    I didn’t cheat, I didn’t use any third-party program, and the only issues I had were server-related. Maybe this is affecting me because I’m a PC player — I really don’t know. I am extremely frustrated because I have no working appeal method, no updates, and no explanation.

    c urrently there's a problem that's affecting some people regarding the website giving that error message. While I cannot help you with bans and appeals, I will forward your issue with the website, so that the team can look into it and hopefully fix it soon.
