Player quits and match not recorded

Hi,

Numerous times now I have been winning a match and the player will pause the game and quit and after the match is not recorded and I get no points. Its really frustrating because you work hard to get out of a division but when players can just quit or switch off their internet to avoid the match being recorded it makes me lose motivation to play the game. It happened twice now in an hour and a few other times during the week. I see others reported same and this really needs to be fixed.

I have recorded a video to demonstrate but the file size is too big to share here. I can provide a link if any EA staff would like to see the exploit.
