Thank you very much for prioritizing this issue. This is a really important problem that has been ongoing since last year. All players are automatically switching to long sleeves during the winter season, which is incorrect. In fact, they should all be wearing short-sleeved kits and undershirts.
Additionally, when playing with teams that do not have a licensed stadium in the game, there are colorless (grey) spectators in the main stand at stadiums such as Molton Road and Eastpoint Arena. For example, I am playing a career mode with Göztepe, and when I play my matches at Molton Road, the entire stand appears grey. The team’s supporters (yellow-red fans) are not present in that section. This applies to all teams.
Could you please also forward this issue to the relevant teams? If this bug is fixed, playing matches with teams that do not have licensed stadiums in the game would become much more realistic and enjoyable.

Does this apply to all stands or only the ones depicted on the screen?
There are specific parts of the stands where the crowd should display the team colors.

The home team supporters are located behind one of the goal stands. The entire opposite goal stand is occupied by the away team supporters. However, in the remaining main stands (the stands behind the adboards that are within the camera’s field of view, and the stand behind the team benches), there are completely grey, colorless spectators. This looks very far from realistic. (for example Molton Road Stadium)
The home team supporters should also be present in these main stands I mentioned.

I am contacting you because there are errors in the font numbers of 2 teams, Middlesbrough FC (English EFL championship) and Sampdoria (Italian Serie Bkt). In fact, I am making my career with Middlesbrough FC, I was promoted to the Premier League, but the font number has remained that of the English EFL championship. Why does this only happen for this English team? A friend of mine reported the same thing to me regarding Sampdoria's Italian Serie BKT team. He, like me, was promoted to Serie A Enilive, and the font number instead of becoming the same as Serie A Enilive remains the same as Serie BKT... the problem is therefore only on these two teams... it will be possible to solve it with the next updates, let me know thanks 😉 I'll send you Lucumi photos of Bologna to help you understand the correct font number for Serie A Enilive, and the photo of the wrong Sampdoria font number when you go to Serie A Enilive, I'll also send you photos of the wrong Middlesbrough font number in the Premier League and the correct one with the photo of Rogers from Aston Villa 😉

With the latest update, Göztepe kits were added to the game, but unfortunately some major issues still remain. There have been some nice improvements, however the problems have not been fully resolved.
I have reported these issues many times on the forum and I am also a volunteer member of the Data Collective Team, actively trying to help get them fixed. Despite the squad update and title update, the problems are still not resolved. Göztepe is the team I support, and I would really like to start a Career Mode with them, but I still haven’t been able to do so. It has been almost 5 months since the game was released. Please, let’s work together to finally get these issues fixed.
In both the home and away kits, during winter matches played in cold weather, all players automatically wear long-sleeve shirts. Normally, players wear short-sleeve shirts with an undershirt underneath in winter conditions, but in the game it automatically switches to long-sleeve kits. This exact issue also existed for Göztepe kits in EA FC 25 last year. Interestingly, this problem only affects Göztepe. You can select an undershirt in the Edit Player section, but it does not work during winter matches. Because of this bug, the kits look far from realistic.

This needs to be corrected, and the number color on the white shorts should be red. Yellow numbers on white shorts are almost impossible to see.
Additionally, Göztepe kits were added with the latest Title Update and Squad Update, and the font type used by the team was updated to be much closer to real life. I would like to sincerely thank everyone involved for this improvement. However, the font type and lettering on the goalkeeper kits are still using the old version. The font on the goalkeeper kits should be the same as the player kits, just like it is for all other teams.
