Additional Platform Details

Nintendo Switch 2 also includes some visual adjustments to enable consistent performance, including simplified hair rendering, lower-resolution grass and crowd textures, and reduced sideline details.

We are exploring all possible options for further optimizing FC 26 general visual quality on Nintendo Switch 2. We can share more info down the road once it's available, and we’ll continue to closely monitor your feedback in this area

Thanks for sharing, and appreciate the team are working hard to optimise for Switch 2!

100% agree with ForestJN86 - this is the only thing keeping me from purchasing as I'd love to play on the go. Others have suggested maybe there could be room for a lower-res "performance" graphics mode which gives players the option to play at a smoother frame rate (60FPS, or failing that 40FPS on the VRR screen would still be a massive improvement over 30)
