Poor manager AI in player career mode

A welcome update for manager AI in player career mode wouldn't go a miss.

Managers keep playing the same players when they are clearly fatigued. Even my own player is running exhausted every match. Its most annoying and ruins the game. Its not rocket science where improvements are needed!
