Career player idea
For player career mode, bring back the old system where we could request transfers or loans, both in summer and winter, and where clubs made the offers, not us choosing our destination. While this aspect is good because it allows for realistic career choices, it should be the clubs who decide whether or not to sign us. Also, at the beginning of career mode in FC26, when you choose "personal," you start at 71, which is too high; you should start at 65 like in FC25.3 Trophy Room feature
I would love to see a Trophy Room feature added to Career Mode in EA Sports FC. There could be 3 different trophy sections: 1. Club Trophy Room - Shows every trophy won by the club across all seasons. - Includes league titles, cups, Champions League trophies, and seasonal records. - Displays historic moments, statistics, and legendary players. 2. Player Career Trophy Room - Shows all trophies, awards, and achievements won by the player. - Includes Ballon d'Or awards, Golden Boots, MVP awards, and career stats. - Could also show milestone shirts and memorable matches. 3. Manager Career Trophy Room - Shows all trophies won as a coach/manager. - Includes manager awards, win records, unbeaten streaks, and club history. - Could display previous clubs managed and career timeline. This would make Career Mode feel much more immersive, rewarding, and realistic for long-term saves.
Gameplay and Experience Improvements
AI-controlled goalkeepers need to come out of their goal in one-on-one challenges. Goalkeepers simply stay locked under the crossbar, and it's very easy to score when you're one-on-one with any goalkeeper. AI-controlled players rarely commit fouls. You can easily play 20 games and find that you'll have suffered two or three fouls at most. This needs improvement. Football allows five substitutions. When facing the AI, it barely makes two substitutions. This could be improved. Games against the AI almost never have more than two minutes of added time. How Would This Feature Improve the Game? Unique Gameplay Variety Iconic squads from the 90s and 2000s would add incredible depth and diversity. The tactics, kits, team identities, and playstyles of past eras would enrich the overall experience. Enhances All Game Modes Kick-Off, Tournament, Career Mode, and even Ultimate Team could benefit from exclusive classic content. Special themes like “Classic Seasons,” “Retro Tournaments,” “Legends League,” and more could keep players deeply engaged. Adding classic leagues (e.g., 90s Premier League, 90’s and 2000s Serie A, early 2000s La Liga, etc.) Restoring legendary club rosters (such as 1996 and 2003’s Juventus, 2005 AC Milan, 2008 Barcelona, 1999 Manchester United, 2002 Galatasaray, 1998 Real Madrid and more) Implementing era-specific kits, ball designs, stadium atmospheres, and tactical styles to accurately reflect each period Conclusion The EA FC series has inspired millions of players across generations. Incorporating classic leagues and teams would further strengthen this legacy, delivering a richer and more complete football experience for both long-time fans and newcomers. Finally If these classic squads and teams are brought into the game, the current pool of ICON players will no longer be sufficient to create complete and authentic rosters. We ask for retro boots to be included and assigned to classic players. Precision Header trait for Strikers in Player Career
Hello. I play a lot of Player Career mode and I think it's a shame that players who want to create a Target man striker don't get access to especially the Precision Header and Arial Fortress trait. They are pretty essential for that type of player.
Goal Keeper AI
Please fix the goalkeeper AI especially when it comes to chip shots. Many many times the keeper either just watches the ball enter the net or dives wayyyy too early when the ball is chipped over him. It makes no sense because sometimes all they need to do is just run back a little to get the ball. It's been a problem since 25. It really needs to be fixed. Other problems/issues People rage quitting online(seasons) and the match doesn't register at all. It's like we never even played, I don't get any points and I end up just wasting my time. These people need to be penalized someway/somehow. It's mostly console players who get away with this so far. Please EA for the love of God add the name "Jesse" to the list of names a created player can have in the commentary section. It's never been in any of the games since I can remember and I've been playing since fifa 13

As a dedicated player of the EA SPORTS FC franchise, I would like to propose a significant upgrade regarding the Portuguese football ecosystem for EAFC 27: the implementation of a "Portugal Licensing Pack." Portugal is consistently one of the world’s top football-exporting nations and has a massive, passionate global fanbase. However, the current representation in-game feels incomplete compared to other European leagues. To bring Portugal to the same level of authenticity as the "Big Five," I suggest adding: Liga Portugal 2 (Second Division): This is essential for a realistic Career Mode experience. Adding the second tier would allow for genuine promotion/relegation cycles, making a "Road to Glory" save with historic Portuguese clubs possible. Liga BPI (Women's First Division): With the rapid growth of women’s football in Portugal and the success of clubs like Benfica, Sporting, and Braga in European competitions, the Liga BPI would be a fantastic addition to both Career Mode and Ultimate Team. Official Cup Licensing: The integration of the Taça de Portugal Generali Tranquilidade (the "Queen’s Cup") and the Allianz Cup (League Cup). Having the official trophies and sleeve patches would drastically improve the immersion during the domestic season. I've been playing FC 26 for 4 months now on PS5, and I've encountered several persistent issues tat haven't been addressed yet: Squad Management Bug: When editing formations or the starting XI with National Teams, there is a bug that prevents changing player positions (including the bench). This happens randomly across diferent teams. In adition, changes to formations and basic match settings (like match duration) are often not saved. Also there is a thing that doesnt have sense. Why in the squad edit menu there are 7 players in the bench but when you go to other modes there are 9 only with male teams ? FUT Draft AI Crash: Every time I reach the final in FUT Draft against the AI, the game crashes a few seconds after the match starts. I receivve an error notification, and the problem persist every time I try to resumen. Missing Saudi Arabia Team: If I reset rosters or play offline, the Saudi Arabia national team completely disappears from the game. It becomes impossible to edit or select for matches. Female footballer career mode: The objetives screen have some bug and doenst disappear after the start of the second leg I think fixing these issues should be a priority. It honestly feels like too much storage space is being used for cosmetics instead of solving the core bugs that break the game experience. If certain features or content are broken and wont be fixed, or are useless (like the career mode in LIVE), it would be better to remove them entirely to save space and prioritize fixing what actually matters for the gameplay and the inclusion of more national teams (male and female) for tournaments, quick match and career mode. During free kicks, the computer will take a long time to take a kick before launching it in a random direction (I play with a very low buildup slider if that helps). Would love a fix on that I play with 20 minute halves because I'm a sicko, so the match objectives that are meant for shorter halves are too easy to achieve. Maybe adjusting the objectives to be more synced up with the half lengths. I would like if you could request to start the game on the bench, if you feel you are too low on energy to last the full match or another player on your team would make a bigger impact to start the game. It takes away from the realism when one player on the whole squad starts every game no matter what
