Pro clubs

Why is there always something wrong with pro clubs? I have to match make about 10 times to find a game I can play and even then no one passes… tell me why when I go on pro clubs I get a message saying “you cannot see content other people make because of how your account is setup” but I can play seasons UT and any other game on my console… I only play pro clubs yet it’s the game mode that’s most broken, fix your game fgs
