From what I could see on my copy, it appears that the issue has already been resolved.

But if the issue still persists on yours, and maybe it's specific to a different mode than standard kick-off, please let me know.

the issue still persists, and it's not being specific to any mode, in every single mode both home (wrong shirt) and away (wrong player name and number color) issues does persist

Thanks for the follow-up.

The issue is apparently regional, hence why it does not happen on my version, but a fix is on its way.

Cannot give a specific ETA though.

np if there's a fix, it's if there's not that it's gonna be problematic cuz having the current season is one of the main reason i buy the game every year and it's not been the first time i saw that (on the last 2 games at least it did happen with sum teams, and on fc24 the issue with leicester kits have never been fixed)
