Make Rank Matchmaking a thing in Pro Clubs Rush

Make Matchmaking a thing in Pro Clubs Rush mode, I don't see why when we are Elite Rank the game wants to match us with division 10 players. If you can do it in FUT there's no reason why you don't do it in Pro Clubs. You had a year to fix this, This game is getting worst and worst. If I grinded to be ELITE level WHY do you want to match me with inexperienced players who RUIN the game. Just match players with max 2 levels up and down. And please i we're less than 5 players , allow the one with the highest rank to be captain instead of letting these low division bad players control the GK and spam triangle and throw games off.
