Remove overlay permanently
We should be able to hide this overlay by default, its annoying that it pops up every time.

Same bro Ive just install FC26 for the first time and I have menatl breakdown coz of this **bleep** option just why tf overlay like we olaying game for the first time and to be more stupid and worse no option to fckn turn it off ?!??!?! Why?!!!!!!!
