Request for Balancing Adjustment on Human Goalkeepers in EA FC 26 Pro Clubs

Dear EA Support Team,

I hope you are doing well. I wanted to share some feedback as a player in an official league team in Pro Clubs. It has become incredibly frustrating. Even when I’m in a 2v1 situation and I pass the ball for a simple layoff, the human goalkeeper still reaches it. Honestly, it doesn’t get more unrealistic than this—when the keeper is already committed to the other striker, and I’m left with what should be an empty net, he still somehow saves it. I don’t know what else I can do. I’m just asking you to rebalance this—either by strengthening the shots or by reducing the human goalkeeper’s abilities—so that the game is truly about skill again. Right now, it is just draining the fun and confidence out of the experience.
