South african pc servers

First off, the game is feels really good when all is working as it should. 

My issue is that every night, from like 7PM the south african servers are unplayable. I constantly get unstable connection messages. My ping will jump from 20 to 144, down to 70 and back to 20 again. This happens constantly throughout games. I am on ethernet with a 200mbps fibre line. I have tested my line for speed and packet loss and no reports show anything of real concern. Is anyone else experiencing this ? Makes the game completely unplayable.
