Still no Web App Transfer Market access after 2 months of active play (PS5)

Hi everyone,

 

I’m having an issue with my transfer market access on the Web App, and I’m hoping someone from EA or the community can help.

 

I’ve been locked out of the Web App transfer market for about 2 months now. I previously received a message saying I need to keep playing matches to unlock access again.

 

Since then:

 

I’ve been playing almost every day on PS5.

I complete full matches (Division Rivals, etc.).

I’m active consistently, not just logging in.

I have not used any bots, coin transfers, or third-party tools, and all my activity has been fair and legitimate.

 

Despite all of this, I still don’t have access.

 

At this point, I’d really like some clarity:

 

Is this a permanent restriction, or

Is my account still being reviewed?

 

If anyone from EA can check my account or provide a proper explanation, I would really appreciate it. Right now, it feels like I’m doing everything required, but nothing is changing.

  • Hi there. I know it's frustrating to not have access to the Transfer Market. Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do for this. You'll just need to keep playing. Keep in mind, if you have other accounts on the same device accessing UT or there were any sanctions on your account, it will delay opening the market on the app. All the details we have on this can be found in the article here.
