Suggested Subs in Manager Career mode...

I simulate most games in my manager career mode... 99% of the time... my 1 2 and 3 suggested subs i set up in team management dont even get subbed in as I have it set up when I simulate games... I'm sure this is better for playing the games as a manager but id like to see it work with simulated games too please
