This feature would give greater importance to the agent's role and significantly increase immersion in Player Career Mode.

Another important improvement would be allowing the player to explicitly express their desire to leave the club or seek new opportunities. In real-world football, it is very common for players to communicate their intentions to their agents or clubs when they are looking for new challenges. Replicating this dynamic in the game would make the experience more authentic.

Additionally, I would like to suggest improving or reintroducing the winter transfer window dynamics in Player Career Mode, allowing players to participate more actively during this part of the season.
